GPU is 240 a year, and that's renting games, not owning.

Lies,
They have providen lots of $10 vouchers in the last 15 years.

You rather pay 240 bucks a year for renting Hellblade 2, MS Flight Sim and Inidiana Jones?

"Bullets fired", "Flags captured", "Miles driven", "Loading screens experienced".... and now... "Engagement Numbers".

It doesn't...

That's not a PS5 issue.
I have framedrops on my high-end PC as well.

My son have them.on Xbox Series X.

But it doesn't take away the experience.
In my family we had a great yesterday, on all platforms we tried.

Yeah, because PS Stars means the world to PS fans.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, Helldivers 2, Rise of the Ronin, Granblue, Stellar Blade and more has made the start of this year as good, if not better than any other.
But what would you know, you surely ain't a PS fan.

Works absolutely fine on PS5

Would fit perfect with PSVR2

@purple101
Because I want developers be able to keep making games for years to come.
Why would a game like Astro Bot be priced the same as games was over 20 years ago?

Business is not a charity.

I rather spend $70 on games from developers I know can deliver and keep a healthy business, than spending $50 and see them closing due to not being profitable.

I hope 69.99

593d ago 2 agree3 disagreeView comment

Hopefully not, and such a waste if that was the case.

I see PS5 Pro launching at $699, without games.
Astro Bot should be purchased separately 👍

Like they've done since 1993. Nothing new.
Sony Microsoft, Valve, Epic all rely on third party games.

And instead I played amazing games like Final Fantasy VII - XII, Suikoden. Metal Gear Solid, Tekken, Star Ocean, Xenogears/saga, Silent Hill, Resident Evil and many many more.

No console solely lived on first party, and back in the earlier generations, it was mainly third party exclusives that made the headlines (not counting Nintnedo).

I don't care who makes the games. I just keep on playing amazing games, whoever made them.

How many games have Valved released last 10 years?
We should cry about that and stop buying games on Steam as well, right?

600d ago 4 agree2 disagreeView comment

Why would I stop care about my PSVR2 when I've already spent hundreds of hours in just GT7 and No Man Sky alone?

On top of that, I own another 50+ PSVR2 games where I've had lots of fun and enjoyed majority of them.

Still buying new games every month, and have no plans to stop support great games for the PSVR2.

I'm not of those gamers that absolutely mustbhave first party, hell I survived PS1 and PS2 era without playing any ...

According to Play Tracker tracker that is pretty accurate for Steam numbers, around 5.3 million units were sold through Steam, that leaves 7 million plus on PS5.
Not that it matters, but we actually don't know on what platform it sold most.

But going by the only data we actually have, it seems like HD2 has sold about 60% on PS5 and 40% on PC.

@ChasterMies
No one spends $204/year for GPU...
Not even the dumb ones...

$2B/year doesn't even cover salaries for the employees, less so the 80 billion spent on trying to get monopoly last few years.

FFVIII is not fully 3d, and in what way do you mean it was before FFVII in the "3d verse"?

First "fully" 3d Final Fantasy was FFXI, even thou FFX was close.

FFVII to FFX uses pre rendered backgrounds (still images). In FFVII - FFIX, only worldmap was fully "3d".

Still difficult to calculate.
I mean, every single MS game are supposed to be on GamePass Ultimate.
If you combine all those possible sales and on top of that, remove all costs for third party games on the services.

Would the total revenue/profit be bigger or smaller than the total revenue from GamePass alone?

I'm most certain this is eating profit madly
