As tobysims have already pointed out; Gears of War 3 is being published by Micrsoft. Bioshock and Mass Effect 2 was not.
Besides, the marketing campaign for the first Gears was insane. Who knows how well it would have sold if it wasn't for Microsoft?

Uncharted 2, Metal Gear Solid 4 and LittleBigPlanet recieved amazing reviews when they got released. I don't think that there's any 360 exclusive that has scored higher than each of those games. Franchise fatigue. Reach is the third Halo fps on the 360, and it doesn't stray too far from the formula.
A 9.5 would be an incredible score for Reach imo.

The 360 has never been the least popular console this gen. The Wii surpassed it a long time ago, but it has always been ahead of the PS3.

Where's Wii Sports? It's pretty much the most influental game this gen.
