PS3 exclsives are just raising the bar, Uncharted, MGS4, Killzone, all graphical masterpieces.
And now we have Uncharted 2 and GOW3 to look forward to, not to mention GT5.
Can't wait.
Yes you can play on the minimum specs, but that is pointless as you can get better graphics on consoles for less money.
However, if you do decide to spend quite a bit more, you can play it at better than console graphics and with a whole host of mods and extra's open to you.
I found Portal amusing, but always funny, got a slight chuckle here and there.
I reckon Uncharted gave me more of a laugh, some of Drakes lines are just classics :D
This college kid is gonna have to take it from behind for ten years just for modding a console?
What has the world come to?
Its a Zipper game, so the community will be immense, and the gameplay looks very Battlefieldy, with tanks and planes and jeeps.
And what most games miss is the feeling that you are part of a huge war, not just single, unimportant battles.
Only in America....
I don't think I have ever, or ever will play a game based on real events where the main point was to blow up unarmed civillians.
I will however, play war games where both sides are on pretty much an open playing field.
He has given inFamous a 7/10, but just last month gave the (XBLA Exclusive) The Dishwasher:Dead Samurai, an 8/10. Sometimes certain things just scream bias...
Yes, an over priced freeview box and a pretty lame music streaming service really make up for no video store, less content, higher prices, and delayed realeases. I live in England, and we speak the same language as Americans, so why we have to wait so long for content is a mystery. By the time we get a video store, you will have had it for a year and a half.
Judging by your inability to read or spell you must be an Xbox fanboy, it clearly states in the article that GT5 will have damage. Have fun playing Forza 3, if you know how to open the case.
Great for NA users, but does anyone know if we in the UK/EU will get a similar offer, or will the codes be distributed via Eurogamer?
Admittadely it is unlikely, but they can't keep it in the US forever, otherwise it will stagnate.
London seems like a great choice to me.
Please, I beg you to make a London GTA!
America has been so overused, the series needs refreshing.
Some were good, but flukey, everyone scores one of those once in a while.
hasn't fully switched to digital I believe, and won't until 2012.
But we still get it here, whats the hold up in the US?
Its a game based on sheep.
Every man in Wales will be buying this as soon as possible :D
He visited and saw me playing it, I played doom when I was far younger so I couldn't see the harm it would do him.
But I see I have slightly hijacked this topic so this will be my last post here.
Seriously, yes I'm a hardcore Killzone fan, but before that I was a hardcore COD4 fan for almost a year.
Killzone is IN MY OPINION the better game, the controls may lag, but I don't give a damn, it looks, feels and plays great, and has fantastic clan support.
You can play Call of Duty if you like I don't care, I just believe that if IW took a few things from Killzones book, the game would be much better.
We already have an option for cross game audio chat, but it is greyed out, it will be active around E3 I think.
But E3 will mark one year that the US has had a video store, and we everywhere else STILL don't have one.
Yes Uncharted looks great, but it isn't designed to be photorealistic.
All of ND's games have a very vibrant and bright colour scheme, in direct contrast with Greys of war and others.
Crysis was built for photorealism, a job it does incredibly, Uncharted on the otherhand, was built to be vibrant, and I think it looks just as gorgeous.
