I wasn't saying the power brick was a game changer. Nothing of the sort. I just didn't expect it to be a mini Xbox One. I honestly think the Xbox One is going to be a superb console, just as I think the PS4 is going to be. It's not a deal breaker in the least, I mean, the power brick on the 360 has never caused me any troubles. I just thought Microsoft would make it smaller or something.
I know how you feel. Heavy Rain was good and all, but it left a lot to be desired. Hopefully this game will really blow us away. I have high hopes, but I'm still on the edge about purchasing it on day one.
Naughty Dog rules! :D
Disagree all you want to my comment, I'm not leaning to one side or the other. I'm just telling you what I know. They told me that Xbox One wasn't doing as well. Things could have very easily changed since I was last there a few days ago, but those are the facts I have to go on at this current point in time.
I can personally tell you that when I went to GameStop and asked about how the preorders were doing, they said the PS4 was dominating. And as far as I can tell, GameStop hasn't said anything about the Xbox One selling out like the PS4 did.
I completely agree. I understand why it has a power brick, it's just the size that caught me off guard. I will give them props on making it nice looking, though. Going for the glossy black and matte black finish for the power brick is much better than a big gray brick. I'm glad they're trying to avoid the RROD issue, I know that killed off a few of my 360's.
