The perfect for Elder Scrolls franchise, would be something ever so simple, being developped by the ones who made the franchise thrive (Bethesda), I just hope this is something to keep ES fans entertained while Bethesda focus on Fallout or new IPs.
But the perfect game for an ES fan like myself, would be the hybrid between those, why not an Elder Scrolls game singleplayer, but people could join in your game, in a similar "Dark Souls" vibe, I think that would be pref...

Is it worth the monthly subscription? I've been hearing a lot of good things, but being used to Bioware standart is bad, if they not have a good in-depth story, it simply won't be enough.

I have to disagree, from a PC Gamer perspective, terrible discounts, but hey, we are still yet to see those STEAM goody juicy prices on a console..
From a Console Gamer perspective, damn!! Look at that Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag, Killzone Shadow Fall and Knack for 41,99$ I don't think it's awesome, but it's going towards the right path :P

The problem is that most Steam Machines aren't costumizable... I mean this could be targeted to PC Gamers, but buying a 1900$ machine, that is not costumizable, doesn't run windows, and will be surpassed in 1 to 2 years...

@jackanderson1985 perhaps because the other departments aren't reaching their goals and the Sony Playstation department is surpassing them, I would rather lay off on a part of my company that is simply not working and focus on what it is.
The worst it can happen, and perhaps best for Playstation is if Sony splits the game department, instead of being dragged down by the other departments.

Unfortunately, i think this is the actual argument that supports GTA V not going to PC, it gets massivelly pirated once it comes to the PC, and anyone who denies it, is simply not accepting the true, although I respect your opinion...
Though i would love to see them GTA V graphics fully 1080p maxed out, but the logic move would be to turn to the PS4 and XOne and then PC.

Don't rush to comment, if you watched the whole video or at least until the beginning of the steamOS you would see there is no costumization of quality, so this isn't a legitimate comparison.
I love Mario franchise and specially smash bros where a lot of my childhood went to, but I can't help but to frown at being at the start of another generation and Nintendo's weapons are the same games of the generation before, and before, and before, dating back to the Nintendo 64 or perhaps even the Super Nintendo.

I do agree with @BigFnHooters, it could be ugly due to the current aesthethic standarts but in that time it was the pinnacle express, I was just blown away by the longevity of games like MGS and FF who had multiple discs and greatest graphics I had ever seen.
But this is good for the gamers, SONY understanding that all branches are not going as perfect as they should and the gaming one is thriving, they will shift resources for the profitable branch.
