Xbox will truly take over my living room. I may be the minority, but I watch more Netflix and Youtube on my Xbox than ever on my PC and both are hooked up to my TV. I am excited for the new things Xbox will bring. And no, I would not consider myself a casual gamer. 1st degree achievement hunter.
There are hardly any 4k movies and not a single 4k game on the horizon. Upscaling is upscaling. But lets not call it a 4k experience. The TVs are out before any of the formats support it. Unless you own a movie theater, 4k is a waste. There is a reason why they use 4k projectors in the big theaters. Because they are BIG theaters. Unless you sit a couple feet from the screen, you will not benefit from the high resolution. Until the resolution fidelity can imitate true 3D without glasse...
There are only a handful of 4k movies out right now. And they are 30+gb a movie. Definitely drawbacks.

I have literally never heard of any of those games. This, why I am calling for some name recognition Nintendo can draw from. Not just the hardcore audience. Indie games are great, but they won't sell a system.
Nintendo needs to lure AAA devs over. Ones with name recognition. And they need to do it soon. I couldn't care less about another Japanimation game. I really want to like my Wii U, I really do. But Nintendo isn't making it easy. I feel like I've been defending their systems since the Gamecube and I'm starting to lose faith.
