It will not maintain First Person during interactive pauses like this, I suspect, although it's possible they give you the choice (can't be too hard, all a cutscene is in this sort of game is a predetermined camera positioning system). And they DID say you can walk away, shoot them, and so on, which doesn't work in a cutscene.

EXACTLY this. Their previous DLC's were good. Knowing full well that eventually there is GOING to be a DLC because Bethesda does DLC, they decided to offer a good deal to the gamers who would probably buy it anyhow.
