Well it's about damn time someone with common sense posted something on this website. Price drives the economy, especially now. A large percentage of people who purchase systems aren't hardcore gamers so they don't know the ins and out of a system, they just know the price.

There may be only 4 or 5 games that are actually playable on that system because just about everything else sucks(I know this because I have one). I can't believe I even got tied up into this mess but honestly what difference does it make if PS3 sells more than 360 or vice versa. It's absolutely amazing to me how in just these few weeks I've started visiting this site how every article, no matter what it may be, turns into a damn fanboy argument. The guy didn't mention a damn thing about PS3 or 360 being better or which game to go and buy for which system, he simply said he had an opportunity to play a few games before they are released. This is the problem with this site and fanboys in general. How in the hell do you know this when the damn game isn't even out yet! Oh I'm sorry you've watched the 2 minutes of play time on G4 and that gives you all the info you need. Once the game comes out and you've played it for a while and you feel the same way give your opinion until then PLEASE don't post anything about GeoW2 not looking as good ad MGS4 or Uncharted.
I'm sorry guys but I can't believe any of the systems out right now have reached their potential. The 360 has been out about 3 years and the PS3 about 2 and anybody who can honestly think that thats all the systems have left is an absolute fool. I can remember seeing God of War 2 and being blown away by the graphics on a system that old. I recently purchased Soul Calibur 4 for my 360 and wow that game is beautiful. I had the chance to play Uncharted at a buddy's house and it was awesome....
....all 3 systems will continue to sell, and to me this whole console war thing is stupid. There's enough consumers all over the world for all of the companies to make more than enough money. I think once the Blu Ray movies become a little more affordable and more good games become available for the system people won't look at the price tag for a PS3 as much. .... I would love for PS3 to have a price drop. I was a die hard PS2 player, owned over 100 games at one time, I was devastated when my wife came home with an Xbox 360 because "it was more affordable". None the less my 360 has been good to me but you can never have enough sytems and with a significant price drop I can finally get my PS3.
....man I was sure excited when I heard about this game but this trailer does it no justice. Hopefully it will be better by release time or I'll be playing only Soul Calibur IV.

I'll never understand why people constantly want to compare games that haven't even been fully developed yet. These games or more than 6 months away and there's no telling how much more the developers will put into them. How about we wait until both games are in the library of gamers and then we compare them.
I'm glad to see this game get a really good score and I was glad to see how so far everyone has nothing but good things to say, but I know as well as most of you know if Gears of War 2 gets the same score everyone on this site is gonna say it was some kind of fluke or MS paid off the reviewer.
