The 360 isn't bad for the industry it has actually helped it alot. It is healthy competition for the ps3 and has pushed it to become the great console it is today also it introduced a ton a great ideas like achievements and other cool features the ps3 and Wii have adopted through updates and such. The 360 is a great addition to consoles despite its flaws and will help and keep helping the game industry as long as it exists.
I hope it comes before summer, fall is packed with great games, well 2011 in general is, but fall is just too much.

KZ3 will help sell PS3s(mostly to the hardcore gamers who know this is the begining to a great year for the PS3) but it won't compare to UC3 when it comes out in terms of PS3 sales.
Make your own game this time instead of using some elses idea or at least make a new engine.
Sony should save some for 2012. 2011 has waaaaay too many exclusives already if they keep making games for 2011 it's also gonna affect software sales. The only 2012 possible exclusives that I can imagine are PS2 comebacks like the ones you mentioned and a few new IPs.
Yeah and games that come out early for a new system always have crap graphics compared to the later years of the system, just compare Resistance 1 with part 3. The PS3 never had a release game looking this good.So the NGP might actually be more powerful than the PS3 0.0... Imagine

For me it was FF13 I was so excited when it first came out, but I found it so boring I'am yet to finish it even though I hear the ending is awesome.
Oh and Black Ops, it was the game I was most looking foward to and... Well the rest is obvious.
Biggest surprise:Heavy Rain I had so little hope for that game that I rented it. I've rented it 4 times already and plan to do once more :]
