They're using call of duty as a comparison because Activision themselves touted the graphics and reality of the model at the Xbox One show, secondly, when COD 4 came out, it DID look good, it was the best looking console game i'd personally seen at the time.

Agreed, final fantasy 13 to this day pisses me off with it's mere existance, and this is as someone who ranks final fantasy 4 through 10 as some of his favourite games ever.
