I'm a fan of Hugh Jackman but I agree that he doesn't fit the part. He's just too nice for the part and doesn't fit the character. Jensen Ackles from Supernatural is a much better choice. Witty yet prone to accidents.
i can understand how resident evil, street fighter, and megaman may be in their top franchises but i don't understand how devil may cry and phoenix wright could be included and not monster hunter. obviously an article written based on opinion and not facts.
Joining a Multiplayer game took ages, especially when playing splitscreen online with a friend. Once the match round ended, you would get kicked to the starting screen, and from there was rinse and repeat. No screen to select which game to join, lag joining a game, quick matches, then back to menu.
I think the Fan version looks just as realistic of a person as the original. The original one gives off an older mature person, and the fan version younger and sexier, but i've met girls with the exact same look. Although I do agree that her breasts may have been overdone, it is not far from truth. Plus, everyone knows sex sells, and that might be what they were missing.
i thought i was the only one annoyed of this. playing with a friend made the wait much longer, and 5+ minutes was something we experienced most of the time. unfortunately i thought they were going to make finding a game in multiplayer better not worse :(
unless its for wii
honestly i saw the video for the multiplayer and was stunned at how good it looked. i'm not a big fan of multiplayer shooters on the console but this looked too good to pass up.
the photo of his face is disturbing.
Although the PS3 may not be selling as well as it wants to, it is doing well average wise. Seeing how most people are actually not spending money at the moment due to a "recession" its still good to see that the PS3 is still keeping up.
Plus Metal Gear Solid 4 PS3 Bundle will be the turning point for PS3. Since this is one of a well known franchise, more people will adopt this game including the system. Matter of fact, i've checked with all of the nearest Walmart's and ...
she is so hot in that photo. good way to turn heads.
There have been plenty of fun games and so many more to come for the PS3. Although there have been many games for the 360, there is only one that stands out (Gears of War). Besides for that there are none that I would call amazing.
Truthfully, there are so many more original/creative/and amazing looking games for the PS3 that I will not think you would say the same if you purchase a PS3 for yourself this year.
Fatal Frame 1 was one of the scariest/best games I played on the ps2 and I still would recommend it. Now HD Ghosts would blow my mind away.
This game is not meant for children, as most horror games are not, and personally I think this game would flop on the Wii.

You most likely got your information from vgchartz.com, but it's weird how you round up 17.5mil xbox360's to 18mil and down PS3's 10.77mil to 9 mil.
Capcom is more likely trying to appeal more to an American fan base when releasing a Lost Planet sequel, and seeing how it performed in sales for the PS3, I wouldn't be surprised that it was a 360 exclusive.
i agree with the dislike towards capcom.
capcom use to be on my list of great game developers but they're marketing scheme of attracting users is horrible. although its normal to market towards a larger return in investment, it wouldn't be wise to upset your current customers and risk large franchises.
i believe with the current marketing decisions they've been making, they will continue seeing a drop in investment as they stray further from their fan base.

I would choose the winning format.
Currently Blu-ray is in the lead and all sources point to it being so. Now besides that the majority of the players are "children toys," it still does not change the fact that there are more blu-ray capable players than HD-DVD players currently on the market.
With all these facts in mind, blu-ray will be the obvious choice.
Your point of view is too one-sided, all studios aim to have a single format. If ...
nice to see their quick response.

The $200/$98 hd-dvd player is 720p/1080i max resolution. If you were to compare the 1080p devices, Toshiba's cheapest player goes a little above $300 which is not much of a steal over a $400 ps3. I like the ps3 but i don't consider myself a Fan boy. My original comment was that true movie fans would most likely wait until the winner is decided before making the move from dvd's to high def dvd's. Find your facts before you open your flap.

True movie fans don't always look at pricing as a factor, what they want is which studio will bring them their favorite movies and at the best quality. If someone is to have a good hi-def TV to play movies on, they would most likely shell out the extra buck for a better player. Plus you can't say that since its cheaper you'll be losing less in the end, no one wants to be on the losing end, that's why most movie fans believe waiting it out is better than losing out.
The step that everyone is missing from the author is that: for the 42 days that plus subscribers paid and received no content, Sony is only giving 60+10=70 days. Instead of adding the missed 42 days + 70 free days, sony is technically giving only 28 free days to plus subscribers.
The benefit of being a plus subscriber vs a non plus subscriber is nil if not less. In the customer appreciation program, Sony does not mention 70 days + time lost therefore there is no additional be...
