HAHAHA which outdated console game running on 6 year old tech looks better?
Hey people they both look like shit already, as shitty as the last 2 titles of both series and in the end they both suck to play online and after the fist play through of SP it's of to the bargain bin at EB games for both titles.
Grow the f up already /s
What you order?
missing the /s tag or just a douche???
@spunnups
Dude don't use a control for those games just train yourself to use the m/kb or you will find yourself getting rapped online.
I feel your pain my 8800GTS (640mg) OC verison died recently. God I loved that card. It still maxed everything that wasn't DX11.
That's where I am at.
EA's loss really we where in for 3 copies day one until they started this no Steam BS.
Without having to buy a new mobo I'd go and get 8 gig of the best DDR2 (1066/1200mhz) ram if your mobo can take that much. Most mobos can take 4 slots of 2 gig ram each making 8 gig (you need 64 windows for it to be worth it). If you can find a QX9770 grab that CPU like there is no tomorrow (look on Ebay, I think you have a LGA775 socket mobo) and finally grab yourself 1 or 2 GTX 560ti's or maybe a HD 6950 and your in at max for under a $500 if you shop smart on an old DDR2 rig.
Go the whole hog and get a HD6970 I plan on maxing the game and forcing my own 24x Edge detected AA with it and my 1100t and 16gig of 1600mhz ram. ASUS is the brand to go with no matter what card you choose though. The Direct CU II models of any card what ever you choose kick ass at cooling (up to 16c better) and then allowing for more overclocking down the track.
If I was buying a new GPU for BF3 I wouldn't go below a HD5970 or a GTX 560TI that's for sure.
@led1090
I am sure $40 of what ever it is you guys use over in India is a lot /s
$40 anywhere is good. Let me do a comparison the $100 AU they want for a new game on origin comes to 4,777.13 INR if that makes any sense to you.
I would be happy with $40 which is only 1,910.85 INR. EA and their whore Origin is just out to rip big bucks of stupid people.
How many more reviews can there be anyway?
N4G has had its fill of Duke reviews now, please go away.
What country do you live in Panda?
The Australian zoning prices on Origin are WALLET RAPE!
I had a look and considered the pre-order but first tried origin and the EA store. No thanks no how.
If it does come to Steam and then requires you to log in to Origin each time to play I am out. I have read that even retail copies will still force you to use Origin to initiate the install so you can't even buy retail just for the SP and stay offli...
It takes a special kind of ignorance to see why it so isn't good enough.
-Shorter and less open campaign.
-Smaller and less open multiplayer - no vehicles at all
-Worse graphics than its 2007 predecessor and DX9 based game with 3 or 4 small DX11 enhancements modded in 6 months after release is not the same as a ground up DX11 experience
-Practically "Call of Crysis" all over it.
You might call ...
I agree.
Bandai to CD Projekt - "you give us more money!!!, not those THQ bastards!!!"
CD Projekt to Bandai - "Get the **** out of my building"
Bandai to CD Projekt - "I guna suuueeeee yyoooouuuuu"
Bandai = Profit? Not likely...
Even though you are a no good, fanboy, retard, troll I do have to agree with you --- this time -_-
Crysis 2 DX11 was just an afterthought tacked on, not biult for DX11 from the ground up the way we expected it should be.
The multiplayer while having more people playing it didnt hold a candle to Crysis and Crysis wars multiplayer either.
Sad game that disappointed PC gamers and buzzed console kids.
moddb.com for sure.
Yes.
Did you read the story and then go to the EA forums and read what the EA man said???
I really really want this game. But I am not getting it at all if getting it on Steam means having to install Origin as well, it works horrible for Steam Games that use Games For Windows Live.
EA have always had terrible customer service and their old "EA download manager" ew ew ew.
I really want this on PC but I'll give it the miss if Origin is...
Who doesn't have something "pirated" somewhere that is technically illegal on their system.
Shit even people using WinRAR after the trial period are technically committing piracy or theft. But are you going to pay for it? I sure as hell aren't.
Second hands games buying is just as much stealing as piracy all the games store does is "steal" the devs money.
Meh don't make games so damn expensive for the shit they are trying to shovel feed us?
Hardly any of this gen games have been worth anything up to the 6 month to a year price.
Piracy is an answer when shit hits at $120 Australian. F em I say, I'd pay if it where lower and do in rare cases for AAA titles. Otherwise I bargain bin/steam sale/pirate that shit lol.
hate me IDK.
@ Dlacy13g
That gets me mad...
And in the end both games 6 months from release will inhabit the bargain bins at EB Games and Gamestop.
