There already is a Guitar Hero movie, it's called Wayne's World.
Well the game is already build for the PS3 hardware. Hell even the arcade version is sort of running on a PS3 you would say so there hasn't been any news regarding a multiplatform release so the safe bet is getting a PS3 for it since it's at least 100% obvious of it coming to it.
If not then just wait for a confirmation. ;)

And here I fought and re-played the game like 10 times to get stuff like the Patriot gun and Konami just gives them aways by just inserting a damn password.....

Thinking of getting this game today, a long with a new copy of Okami. (Sadly, that game is so fragile, just one minor scratch made it unplayable)
If I understood your post correctly then no, Agito isn't a card game or based on cards for that matter. Yes, there is one of the characters in the game that seems to use a deck of cards as his weapons (might be some new magic wielding dude, IDK) but the gameplay per se is going to be somewhat similar to that of Crisis Cores. (ATB)
When I saw this news, I thought of the new Banjo game. I hope that Rare doesn't hurt the series with there new approach for the duo.
