Turning off the 360 doesn't fix the problem. You're paying for a service and even though it is understandable that it may fail on you, you still have to show confrontation towards the service that you pay for because if not, they'll just step on you like corporate lap dogs.

I'll say that they all did pretty good this year. Most of them had there ups and downs (The overpriced PS3, RROD of the 360 and the delayed Wii's not hitting consumer demand to name a few downs) but the Wii and PS3 (newcommers to this generation) did fairly well this year whilst the 360 had a continuation of great games starting from Gears of War up to Mass Effect (last great game so far).
