If you really think this poll is going to be an indicator of MW3 selling lesser than Black Ops, then yes, I might agree with you on that, but if you think MW3 is going to sell less to the point BF3 is going to overtake MW3, good for you, it's not like you're gonna lose your life on a bet such as this. :-P
This might be true with TGS coming, info leaks are bound to happen.
Also, Amazon is listing PSV's release date as Dec. 31, 2011. Sony must have slipped some note to Amazon that they'll be selling PSV by the end of the year, so they probably ultimately assumed it as Dec 31, 2011. So if things goes well, we might see PSV earlier than we're expecting it to be.

I just saw Ni No Kuni's trailer and I'm left here hoping Level 5 was on board DQX. This still look good but comparing it to Ni No Kuni, it's breaking my e-heart to know which one is better.
