I don't have a problem with them scoring it a 7. From the looks of things they have scored a lot of games 7 or below that received really high rankings from other websites. It just bothers me when you see these sites give a game a low score just due to being biased. I mean they gave Halo Wars a 7 which also took some guts. I think they are not giving games higher scores just because of the name that is on the cover. I will still be buying the game.
You people need to realize that this is a journalist's opinion. Sony did not say that they are leaving it in the beta version in case if something goes wrong. I wish people would start thinking for themselves a little bit. Journalists are not always right. There job is to write a story andget people to read it. That is why journalists are sometimes very biased.

Japan is not nearly as censored as you all think. The Japanese police are allowed to carry guns. I live in Japan so I think I should know. It is true that they do not have the same gun laws though. You can not just go to a store here and buy a gun. You have to get a special permit to even own a gun here in Japan. The police here do carry guns on them. The security guards do not have guns. They are not police officers though.
I wish I was a GAP member now. I would vote for in game messaging. I don't have a problem with turning my tv down and turning my stereo up. I have my in game music right there. I have no control over messaging in a game or not.
Those videos sucked!! I have Grand Turismo Prologue Demo and it looks a lot better than that. I am sure Forza does not look that bad either. In the video GT still looked light years ahead of Forza. I don't think those were very good videos of either game though.
It is really hard to compare any console game to the PC version. It all depends on what kind of computer you have. Not everyone can afford the top of the line computer just for gaming. It is much cheaper to buy a PS3 considering how much it would cost to get the same gaming experience on a PC. If you do not have a great gaming PC then it is probably better on the PS3. If you have a top of the line gaming PC then it might be better than the PS3's version.
I have the Prologue demo and can tell you that it really looks real. The only way you can tell it is a video game is in the menu they show some guy without the helmet on. You can tell that he is a videogame guy but the cars and the environments look like a movie. I don't even consider Forza in the same category as GT. Forza is more interested in offering more options where GT is wanting to make the game more realistic.

Thank you for being open minded. It disgusts me when I hear XBOX fans trash talk the PS3. The first question I always ask them is if they own a PS3 or when was the last time they played a PS3. I seem to almost always get the same answer. They don't own one, and they never have played one or it was when the system first came out. They get their news from XBOX sites!! I don't think you will hear great news about the PS3 on a XBOX fan site. I don't care if a person is a XBOX360 fan or a ps3 fan....
I am not a big fan of the Halo series. I am more of a PS3 fan, but I will give credit to Microsoft for Halo. Just because I don't like it or someone else doesn't like it doesn't mean that it sucks. Evidently, there are a lot of people who do like the Halo series or it wouldn't sell so much.
I do think Lair is going to be a great game, but I think those pictures have been touched up by photoshop. This game is going to be a lot better than the reviews that it received. Things are really looking good for Sony.
I think we all should make a post on a blog saying that we had the 20 gb PS3 and it broke. Sony offered to give us the 60 gb version instead. I can not believe the things people will do to try to give the PS3 a bad name.
