nor inFamous was done advertising justice by Sony. Could have done better by miles...
A great game.
Nathan, but the impact won't be as huge as if it was another SOCOM game being released.
MAG no doubt will be awesome from what if we're to go by what we've seen... We'll have to wait and see what happens with that one.
And to all the folks who say that sales don't matter, you must be dreaming.
If Metal Gear Solid (PS1) wasn't a great seller, do you think we'd ever enjoy the great games that came after. I reckon, sales is one of the most important aspect...
Only make up a fragment of total sales. It would be an awesome win for Zipper and Sony if MAG sold more than Splinter Cell: Conviction, but as we already know, SPC has a fanbase, MAG is only now forging one.
And the point must be made that some dates should be changed...
I believe the fighting should be between the three companies; not gamers. Silly
features, games and functionalities that will keep them up-to-speed and in the race for the long haul.
Nintendo Wii has created a market that many thought would never be interested in games.
Xbox 360 introduced and mastered online play, (although Sony is not lacking in that area with PSN either) and because of it have garnered respect as a strong player. Combined with the other offerings of Xbox 360, Microsoft is here to stay.

The Motion controller has great potential.
writes for a website with a "real' domain name, then those same opinions he shared, if shared on said site are suddenly valid??? OK?
What you just said might be true, but you must also remember, the earlier a game sells well, the better it is for the studio and all involved. Why?
Because the longer said title remains on the market, the more it decreases in value, hence becoming cheaper and lessening the returns of those who stand to benefit financially...
then don't say nothing. You just made no sense at all. What does an article about Halo: Reach has to do with the name you just mentioned?
Ridiculous..
Pachter....
Weren't afraid to share their opinions, that's the way it should be.
