No they aren't.There are 4k tvs with hdr and ones without.So basically you'll be getting 4k resolution AND hdr if your tv supports both
TLOU and UCseries are no longer exclusive.You don;t need a playstation platform to play those overrated games(uc1,2,3 not TLOU because it is badass).
