it's not'BS' just because he has different tastes than you, I know this is n4g but relax. imo tw3 is the best game of this gen with bloodborne right behind it, you can't change my opinion . My list would be something like of the decade like the article 2010-2020

Ubisoft games are always great to buy after 6 months lol, people always fall for it, but I wait to buy them cheap and patched.
At this point, just scrap gmg and merge games pass with live for extra 10.
I can't be the only one that loved inquisition? I understand that the fetch quests were plentiful, but the relationships you build with your companions ,the gameplay and loot, main story, and the world was beautiful to explore. And the online was actually decent.

When I look back at my fav gaming times, I look back at the ps3 and automatically think demon's souls and dark souls 1, SPECIAL times, never again.
My fav game of all time + demon's souls, even tho I can't stand bed of chaos smh what were they thinking lol.
I love demon souls, it's my top 2 game of all time along with ds 1, but ds 1 was the game that made it main stream because of all the lore videos and online trolling videos and praise the sun memes. Demon was the game that kickstarted the genre tho of course.

normal mode is casual mode in most games, it's been like for several generations. You had no trouble with this game because it's so easy, and not once did you bother thinking, hold on, let me increase the difficulty?? Ok. And clearly you have experience with these sort of rpgs since you mentioned new vegas, that's not a shooter, infact the shooting sucks in these type of rpgs.

back when halo had detailed textures, almost everything in halo 5 looks plastic.
A hack and slash, an old school hack and slash won't win goty. A game like dmc requires multiple playthroughs to experience the depth of it's combo system, I put over 1000 hours into the steam dmc4, comparing my first playthrough to now is night and day.
this... is a head scratching comment. The gameplay of the two games are literally totally different, you'll be playing a different game...I don't quite...n4g does it again.
Less shrines 30 quality> 90+ boring shrines, but make them more difficult and more unique and make the rewards MEAN something, don't just give a sword that will break in 2 minutes. Obviously weapon breaking, give us an option to upgrade weapons, they can break still but reduce the time and let us repair them with whetstones for example, or take advantage of the mining and do it the monster hunter away, defeating enemies and finding ore to make new stronger weapons. I heard it was improved, they done away with that break to drift crap from the past 5 or so games starting with hot pursuit.
SMS need to make their racers play well with a controller, code masters certainly do that, so that's good.
