It would at least mean that if you're not observant and you're being chased by police and haven't escaped from one vehicle and into another or any sort then your car will run out of gas and make you have to run on foot or get caught.
Definitely adds an awesome sense of realism. That and we know Tow-trucks exist in the game, so if you ran out of gas in the middle of a public road I'd think a tow truck would take it away if you couldn't get a portable jug of...
I'd say, to see what MGSV looks like on next-gen consoles makes me excited enough that no other game can even compare. My anticipation and anxiety for MGSV are so flipping high, that even playing and beating The Last of Us seemed like a casual and 'plain' experience.
Does that make me sound insane for MGSV or something? Though, I'm going too beat TLOU on Survivor difficulty next and get a Plat soon xP

Majority of consumers in the industry don't give a fuck about god damn DLC or 'exclusive deals' they're the type of people who go and say "I buy this, I can play the game, right? Good" They buy the game, play it, and don't care if they don't get every little insignificant piece of DLC.
