This whole genre has been boring and I think everyone is worried about graphics more than story. Hollywood & the game industry are both stagnant and when a game like Heavy Rain does something different everyone is quick to call fail.

I think the horse is dead and has been dead for what? 2, 3, 4 years now? Do you think if HD DVD would've won Sony would have stopped manufacturing Blu-rays for use of their games? And do you think MS would have in turn used HD DVD for video games? I doubt it because wasn't HD DVD around for a year or so and MS was still releasing games on dvd? MS maybe never have intended to use that format for games but instead as a system seller because they were " ushering in the HD ERA " ( yeah ...
I find it sorta odd that Gametrailers has the new GoW3 trailer but yet it's not even on the PS Store. Whats the deal on that?

People that think video games chicks are 'hot' have some serious social issues.
With the usual responses. Which are bringing up and comparing other games, Metacritic score averages, sales, graphics, complaining or bragging about who's system is better and basically saying the same thing over and over again. This site has turned into the movie Groundhogs Day for petes sake.
I'm not going too say it's graphically the best game I've ever played because for one it's not out yet so I haven't played it except the demo and two, I've only seen screenshots along with the trailers & gameplay footage that have been released. People need too chill the F out and base their opinion when the game is in hand.
Another fine piece of technology for people who are now, too lazy to even spell.
I'll wait till the games come out and then make my judgment because there is no point in this article since 3/4's of these games have not been released and some can get pushed back into next year. I'll chalk this up as another day in the N4G sewing circle.

Two different games, two different art styles, two different genres made by two different companies for different consoles. Who cares about game of the year already? You know the review score will be a 9.5 or higher because it's " HALO " and that people will be comparing it to Killzone 2, which came out LAST year so that debate will be fail, and how long has the 360 been out and they're JUST NOW pushing the hardware with Alan Wake and Reach. It looks okay but still not reason enough for me too buy another 360. Besides. For as long as this game has been in development it better worth the wait for those who want it and not some Silent Hill rip off. Well everything is ripped/borrowed from these days so that comment does hold much weight but you know what I mean.
The way I see it is if you pick up a controller and have a hard time making decisions or asking questions in a game by pressing a corresponding button twirling around your head. How can you even make choices in the real word? In plain and simple english I'll spell it out. A lot of people don't use common sense and they don't think before they act or speak. Heavy Rain makes you do both and I don't think a majority of gamers want to think about choices because games are seen as a way to escape ...

I remember PSM had a demo disc and that game was on there and also a disc with Resident Evil 1.5 demo, I think.
I thought the whole time I was holding the controller I was playing the game.
