I don't think they're 360 owners or fans. Just my opinion. $50 from millions of people is more than enough for XBL growth and the paychecks for the maintenance and service workers.
Funny there is already another articles about it in pending. I see some people are trying to spread doubt and misleading info, all it takes to be changed into fictitious fact on the street level are a few pass arounds on the web.
Microsoft said at E3 no additional costs for Gold members. This is damage control big time. These articles are posted to give people a place to cry.
By the end of the week this speculation and what-ifs will be rumors of this happening and a few day after that PS3 groupies will be making articles claiming these what-ifs as fact.
I will be looking out for Nineball2112 articles in just a few days I can see a pattern.
I agree with JeffGUNZ the Gold fee is for the growth of XBL.
Wishing it will come to PS3 and making up theories and rumors and then screaming BioShock won't make is so.
Bioware are not trying to hype this game.
Bioware are not flip flopping on console release info.
Bioware are not trying to tease the PS3 fanbase.
Bioware are not trying to cover up future plans because of deals.
There isn't a outbreak of leaks on the web.

What they have done is respond to rubbish when it gets too out of hand and lately almost every two weeks now. Even all these denial articles keep the rumors...
I think fans are confusing Uncharted 2s hand drawn textures and detail. The game was hand painted so the cracks, bumps and details are nothing more than chalk looking scribbles. When you get close to something the lines get fat and patchy. This was a very smart way of making Uncharted 2 seem very detailed when the PS3 has trouble with memory and a poor graphics card.

We have all heard the same things when heavenly Sword and Lair were about to release. The tech on both consoles leapfrogs eachother. I read Microsoft after getting established are working on powerful 1st party tools and a engine now. X-engine
I also think the MT-Framework 2.0 is producing a much prettier product and more advanced with much more going on than the engine Uncharted 2 uses. The textures, lighting, and the amount of processing in Lost planet 2 seems superior to uncha...
Rubbish. Have you seen Alan Wake, Rage, Brink, Crysis 2, Battlefield 2 tech? These games blow Uncharted 2, Killzone 2 and especially MGS4 out of the water. What's with the bash fest today, nervous?
Just depends on the developer. Sony and 1st parties are trying to win the war showcasing visuals and Microsoft with gameplay. Both need to learn from eachother. Looks like Sony supporters are trying to hold on to this myth as long as possible because they know what is coming.

In ways both consoles are holding eachother back depending on the genre but in most cases I think it is the PS3 holding back PC and 360. Developers are limited by PS3 hardware and struggle with the systems memory and graphics card. This is why PS3 versions of games are not on par with the 360 versions no matter if the game leads on PS3 or 360.
Just because the talented developers found some tricks to make uncharted appear very detailed doesn't mean other developers can't or won't...
What does teh PS3 have to do with this thread, frustrated because of software sales are we?
How could it? The only way the two platforms influence eachother is when developers make multi platform games and in this case the PS3 has been proven to be the lowest common denominator.
