No not really most of MSFT's patch are things that needed changes after the DRM change. I have no idea why Sony would be doing this. Xbox One owners don't have to pre order digital downloads. XB1's cloud features are very popular in the XB1 fanbase.
Many people are going digital because of the upcoming cloud library and share features. Most of the good features from the DRM era will come to digital. Your list is moot.

Snap is split screen, Picture in picture or minimized tiles where more than one operation runs at the same time.
