I think Kojima has been focusing too much on being "radical" and "innovative" these last few years instead of focusing on story and enjoyable gameplay.

Seems people forget Ubisoft is also seeped through with discrimination and negligence. And they have done as little or even less than Activision to combat their toxic culture after they were called out.
Ubisoft and Activision are two shitty companies and I'm not buying a single game from them until they change their company culture. I'm just so effing sick of big successfull companies taking advantage of and treating their employees like shit!
Just look at most sports games like madden and fifa. The bare minimum.
