How are they being nickel and dimed.. They raised the cap to 63 (If im not mistaken) with the knoxx dlc.. Now they are raising it to 69 and you dont have to purchase the claptrap dlc in order to get the cap.. So for the knoxx buyers its 6 lvls for free.. For people like me who dont own any dlc past dr ned dlc it'll be like 12 lvls for free.. But regardless I'm buying the GOTY edition and it will have all of the dlc so win win for me...
I actually rented this game from gamefly and I instantly fell in love with it.. I leveled fully and I even bought the zombie island of dr ned dlc and completed it and unlocked the platinum trophy.. I have kicked myself for never buying this amazing game but now that there is a game of the year edition that is coming with all of the dlc included and the new lvl 69 cap I think its time gearbox recieved my greenbacks... I owe my online gaming obsession to warhawk.. To this day I have clocked more hours on that game then any other game I have ever played.. 740 hours logged in warhawk servers. For me warhawk is about as close to perfectly balanced as any game has come. Being able to transition from on foot to jeep, tank, turret, warhawk is seemless and effortless.. On ground combat is great by itself but when you factor in the flight combat this game really shines.. I love everything about this game...
They havent "BLOWN UP" they are markedly better then they were but this is far from blown up.. You are making these numbers into a bigger deal then they are..
