No they DIDN'T. Every media website brought it out for them. They haven't said the word DRM. And they haven't said shit (in a clear way to everyone) about their used games policy.

Oh they lost by being Microshady. And deserve it. Sony won by being up-front and aggressive with pricing their more powerful console. It's an easy win. And it won't change. PS4 will kick their ass.
Sony has been up-front about everything so far. Microshade has been so shady that I won't believe anything. Even this!
Because it's a clear, honest and very effective message from Sony. Microshade or Shaddysoft (pick one) has turned into spin doctors that can't answer a direct question without mentioning some lame "family plan" excuse. Because if their policies are not BS, why not just answer directly? Because it is some BS. :)
Microshade. They should change their name to Shaddysoft..lol. If they don't address the notion that your purchases are essentially a "8-10 year game rental" question many have about their $60 game purchases..
