Hope at least half is true. Retro Studios working on a new IP is beyond exciting. But that might mean Nintendo has some secret studio working on a new Metroid for Wii U.

"Emerging markets"...places like USA, Europe, Japan are not emerging if you get the point. This system is for very small gaming markets.
I am not comparing anything but install base and raw numbers. My point was to play games not sales but on N4G you gotta be crazy to say that. I don't care how fast or slow PS4, Xbox, Wii U, Sckeo, Neo, DD get there..lol
Seriously, NSBU has sold 4 million games. There are 6.1 million Wii U 's in the world. That is a huge attachment rate. MK8 will sell like hotcakes and push more hardware sales. How much more?.. we'll see but it damn sure wont be less....lol.
I honestly think gamers sat back and waited on PS4 and Xbone showings before buying last year. If Nintendo would have launched at the same time as the competition did I seriously feel they would have been near the number they are ...

I just wanted to note to anyone who doesn't read the article...lol..that the Wii U already has built in communication with these figurines. The 3DS will need a separate accessory.

Super Mario Kart was that stroke of genius by Sugiyama, Konno and Miyamoto for the SNES. I'm sure they had it in mind for the NES but needed the Mode 7 offered by SNES hardware to knock it out the park on the first swing.

Wii U sales are rising too with MK8 incoming...
But you sales guys always seem to leave out the out the MOST important part...with highly acclaimed first party games (that outsell others first party games even with a lower install base).
Nintendo now makes a profit on every console that does sell. Good bye.
