"attract a new audience"...are you aware Nintendo has sold over 150 million of one single console before? Love to bring up Gamecube like Wii or NES never happened. And who is the "new audience" that Xbox attracts???? LMAO
I don't mean you, just in general when people comment on Nintendo. Third party support has not been as big since NES/SNES era's and guess what? Nintendo has had bigger consoles since!

Even if 2015 is when most of the E3 games will come, Super Smash Bros. without a doubt will be the biggest selling first party exclusive this holiday on any console....

Nintendo not only owns many of the biggest franchises of all friggin' time but many of the top 10 selling single videogames of all time. One of which is Mario Kart Wii at 35 million sold. The franchise never saw an "audience" that big before that one came out, so obviously if Nintendo can achieve that type of accolade on the 6th Mario Kart....you never know what they can achieve in the future....cut them some slack!
