But if you want to see sick sh*t just look at some of the usernames late as night for some Video enabled Poker on the PSN...last night one user was called watchmemasterbate in a locked video enable poker game with two other people.

This is opinion, sorry, but I do respect it even though I don't agree with it. All I'm saying is that I have both and enjoy them both. I'm not here to say which one is better or not, that is subjective.
I don't get the picture, Live's idea is to push small games for 10-20 dollars that won't be boxed and you can try every single one of them before you buy it so it is very easy to avoid the pile of sh*t. This is kinda like shareware back in the day and is a great concept for digital distribution on consoles. The lack of demos is annoying for me on PSN, some have them, some don't. LIVE has just as many great games on their network as PSN does but I won't bother name dropping, it's useless.
The idea is that the cream rises to the top. You may not like the idea but the good stuff will be bought and talked about while the crap will just go the way of the DoDo. The idea is that anybody can try and make a game if they want to, weather it sucks or not will be for the community to decide. Bringing your personal views about MS and how you perceive them when it comes to the XNA community and how it will work is a little off topic imho.

It is a decent article even if you don't agree with it and it does raise a few good questions. And yes, sony need to start pumping out some games and it has a major lack of RPG's almost 2 years after launch no matter which way you look at it.
