Ever Try Speed Devils? I suggest you look it up. Climax, the same guys that are making Pure, made that game, and it was pretty much Burnout on bikes and it was really fun. This was back when Burnout was a lowkey Activision title.
I love getting disagreed with when all I am doing is point out historical facts. Sony coming into the gaming market in the 90's was a big thing, they where not a Pure gaming company, it was a travesty to many, Nintendo losing FF7 was a big deal. People seem to forget this, or simply not know it.

I played it and really enjoyed it, it was best of show at E3 08. I also can't wait for MS2 , I really enjoyed the first one, but Pure is not just another generic racer, it is special. It is fun.
and monkey, Black Rock Studio has a lot of experience behind them, they where know as Climax before, makers of Moto GP and a crap load of other games. This game deserves a fair shake, check out the demo you got nothing to lose.

I don't have an Arcade or a core, I'll be fine. And like I said in the gamer zone, I'm sure the majority of the core/arcade owners don't know what DLC means.
I'm sure most people that have or buy an arcade get all the want from it and don't even log on to live or even know what DLC means.

5/10 really? I played it for a few hours last night and really enjoyed it. I don`t agree with that score.
This game is solid and many people will have fun with it. This review seemms to compare it to the PC game and gives it a low score because it does not match up to the PC game, but as a stand alone game, it is a good DS game, in it`s own right.
let`s hope they get a trophy update some people are enjoying throhies and hope for them to be available on every new game, including myself.

Really HD? You mean to tell me you never saw one shrub or vine pop up? I love the game, but I saw alot of grass and plants and vines draw in. I`m not saying that to diss a game I love, I just wonder if that is 30% of the PS3 `s power, I imagine 80% would fix all that, and have it in 1080p native at a steady 60fps.
yep, I play it. To much really, and I'm not alone. It is a love or hate thing. Bottom line is I don't hate on people who hate it, I just ask that they have a little respect and understand that we are all snowflakes.
