You guys are missing the point, move along, nothing to see here. I`ve had the console for almost 2 years now, is it so hard to ask for big games to be in native 1080p? 1080p is no big deal when the game is not in 1080p, I get it. I got the PS3 because it`s the most powerful console on the market atm, I expect nothing short of the best with first party titles. It`s not a big deal.
your right, I have no clue why I`m expecting PS3 games in 1080p all the time, would you know why I am always expecting them in 1080p on my PS3?
720p it is then. no biggie. It is just a tad anooying, but I`m getting used to it. When they figure out the PS3, all games will be in 1080p/60fps, I`m patient.
oh I got wipeout, bought it day 1. ;D As a PS3 owner, it aint hard to admit that it is a tad anoying to not have most games, especially first party games, in 1080p.
