VR experience is included with Ace Combat 7, but is a separate game mode. It is not 1 to 1 with the single player so you won't be able to play it in VR. Sorry for the confusion.

If it helps, the only major difference between the two is loading time. The PS4 is almost instantaneous with the Vita having a 2-3 second delay, sometimes even going 5 seconds. Considering you're always going through multiple small areas it can add up. Besides that, both versions are practically identical besides the PS4 having crisper character models at the cost of blown up environmental textures due to this being a Vita game.
Its something that every gamer should experience.
If only it had a better developer behind the project maybe.

Its going to be interesting following the media coverage for this game, been waiting for a stealth FPS like this.

They haven't revealed pricing details for 007 GoldenEye Reloaded but if I were to guess, probably a $50 release.
Well tightening up the combat was one thing Radical focused on for the sequel, they designed the targeting system to be a lot more fluid and representative of "one on one battles" with a better lock-on reticule, of course you're still fighting mutliple enemies at once but it's just less chaotic, from what I saw.
It definitely looks like its going to be a sleeper hit. It may rise above your expectations, I don't guarantee that but the pedigree working on this game "should" shine through in El Shaddai.
Sadly, I wish the $20 bargain analogy did not become true and this game lives off the cult following it deserves.
