@kavor TR and TLOU were good enough looking on last gen and I won't be buying either remakes for the same reason I'm not buying the MCC. You can get ODST and Halo 4:GOTY that will include all the maps for pretty cheap, so nothing new there. The TV series will be just as boring as the last one and the Halo 5 beta will eventually be open to everyone, so no not worth it.

I'm a big Halo fan, but honestly what is new here other than an HD version of Halo 2? I don't see who this appeals to other than people that want to play Halo 2 online again. The multiplayer on the original Halo games is pretty much dead now and I don't see people picking this up to play it again, the people that do will be spread out between 4 different multiplayer lobbies, making the player count even less. The game cost $60, when you can pick up all 4 of the original games for ...

Yet the 3DS which has similar types of games, is still out selling the competition. If most people were growing old of these franchises, Nintendo would had already gone out of business.

I doubt any of the big 3 will buy it, but I would love to see Nintendo buy it and revive some IP's and maybe they could talk Microsoft into trading the Dead Rising IP for the Banjo Kazooie IP(wouldn't happen either, but I can dream).

If Microsoft did buy them, the only games we would ever see from them would be Street Fighter and Dead Rising and the other IP's would just keep Rare's IP's company in Microsoft's basement.

It's not a system seller? The Wii U outsold the PS4 in japan the month this game was released, I'm pretty sure it is. I bought one myself last week just to play this and the upcoming smash bros.

@wonderfulmonkeyman Nintendo wont find a way to stop them once they are already too far in. Nintendo couldn't stop it on the Wii or DS, MS didn't stop it on 360 and Sony didn't stop it on the PS3 or PSP, Sadly the hackers are winning.

I don't really care about graphics either, I normally just side with the cheaper console of each generation, A 360 last gen and a PS4 this gen.
