well they did incorporate dynamic wheather in Black(the level where you can smash all the homes and blow up the ferris wheel and it rolls 2 the ocean, hey thats dynamic level designe), and i wish they brought back warthog old special, DONNA NUH NUH NUUHHNNUUUUUUUHHHHHHH,
