They were a bit harsh on Lair, that video looked really fun and the no innovation comment was a bit strange. I coubld understand some of their reservation but they made it sound like they were bing generous given it three out of five.
I'm not too sure about timeshift at the moment, the whole stopping time thing and your suit doing if for you sounds a little unbalanced.
Jericho is looking really cool and i really like some of the ideas that are coming out of it.

This game could be huge. It's an idea alot of people have wanted to see implemented for a very long time, just look at the success of Yugi-oh. I'll be very interested to see how well this game does in Japan.
turning out to have areal mixed bag of reviews. I'm quite curious to see what IGN and PSM give it, it's definitely looking like a see for yourself game at the moment. Then again some games that have had mediocre reviews, like enter the matrix, i have absolutely loved.
Sony has not advertised the features of the PS3 that well, it only seems to be serious gamers who have the faintest clue what features are on the ps3.
I don't understand why sont doesn't do more Wii like adverts at the moment, showing off its functionality rather then the 'hey we're crazy' stuff.
i'm glad this game is doing well, makes me hopeful that they will make more great games for the ps3.
This game is going to be amazing. I cant afford a 'next-gen' system yet, does anyone know the PC specs needed for this game?

Sony was one of the most trusted brands in the US? It's certainly thought of very highly here in the UK.
Why do people keep saying blu-ray is forced on them,? They don't have to buy the system, Xbox 360 is certainly offereing a viable alternative, and it's being bundled with a hd-dvd player at the moment by some outlets. I wont argue that ps3 is not a means to get blu-ray into the mass market, but developers are already praising blu-ray for the sheer amount of additional space ...
sweet by any chance? This game certainly looks that! There's plentyof games coming for ps3 and there's not long to wait now; and yes time splitters is definitely one of the most underated fps of all time

anyone who is intelligent enough to have read a preview of this game can see it is not a god of war clone, that is a naive and rather simplistic view. You might as well state every fps is a golden eye clone just because you go around shooting people in fpp with different guns. I truly hope when the reviews of this game come out they silence the critics as i have alot of respect for what ninja theory hae done.

I don't blieve the developers are 'trying too hard,'in my opinion they are making a very original IP with some very neat gameplay ideas.
with simulataneous releases will probably look better on the 360 for a while because it's a well known fact that the system is easier to develop for and has better developer tools at the moment; however the Sony edge tools which they reveiled at GDC will hopefully go along way to rectifying this situation as it's about giving third-party developers the same tools as the first-parties are using.
