Hell yeah, when i upgraded to a hd set i was amazed. i recently had a wii (no pun intended) and that looks like a master system it now gathers dust....
This is just asking for it with a title like that.
1, play for short periods
2, keep it in a freezer
3, line microsofts pockets with live
4, have sex with it (fanboys)
5, try to put metal gear 4, Killzone ect in it and pray it works

i suppose an hour long gives it a full play test pfft, please... I have recently finished Fallout 3 and that essentially should have had a better story than metal gear being an rpg and all, but nah, no emmotional involvement at all. Fallout is a great game, but not an epic game.
I enjoy the graphics argument too because that is only a small part of MGS4's innovation.

Was my personal game of the year, in fact i would say best game of all time. The MGS franchise was awesome MGS2 was the only slight shortfall. That was well and truly rectified with the third which stands as my second fav game of all time... Never let these games be forgotten, may snake rip?
Glitches fix them now! some twaaat under the map ruins it, i wont even touch hardcore because of it... but this is just keeping me ticking over till you know what...

Other games have been hyped so much more than this.. GTA was over the top as was Halo. Hype is a double edged sword the hype for GTA was huge and the game was poop, the hype for MGS wasn't half as much i.e. stores midnight launch ect. But that was the greatest game i have ever played it was my own hype that got me looking forward to it.... Bring on the KZ hype..... but just a trickle....

He also forgot to mention the price for xbox live... i have seen some really good offers on ps3... amazon is £223 for elite 120gig and £279 for ps3 80gig.. thats just the stand alone... Thats £56 difference. not a lot really... oh hang on £35 for xbox live for 12 months every year... so make that £21 for the first year alone.

Go and use your xbox headset with your mobile phone then, and not only that my ps3 was packaged with a free hdmi cable when i bought it. something that i didnt use for a long time until i could afford a hd tv.
Years ago we called all first person shooters "doom clones" never played one Halo either as when the first came out i was playing "doom clones" on my pc....
