I mean dang. The ICO team said that SOC was inspired by Zelda. So Zelda has a climbing mechanism like it. Did SOC have a weather system mixed with the climbing mechanism and the freedom to do what you want, how you want? I think we all know the answer.

@Trflon02. Zelda's weather system is more advanced than most weather systems in games. How it effects everyone in the game. Even bystanders and enemies. Link can slip when he tries climbing.
It is also the combination of how big it is and free it is with it's structure. Devlopere are talking about bow this game is changing how they do games. And September didn't lie so don't go saying that.
