add a DLNA video player too to the list. i would love being able to stream my local nas server to the wii u like i do on my ps3, smarthdtv and other gadgets. seriously nintendo really missed the boat on local media player. :)
agreed. was in downtown minneapolis target and can plainly see 3 Wii U Deluxes and 4 Wii U Basics. Checked two other Targets in suburbs and they also had several Wii U Basics but no Deluxes. If you want a Wii U Deluxe, they are around. :)

as for the article, again remind me how many of the other consoles have a bluray drive builtin? hdmi control? ability to play back nearly any media file saved to a flash drive or on the internal hdd? that'd be a ps3. hate how 360 is streaming only for video and you can only load music to it if you only have the music in oldschool cd format...
i just hope we see more PS3/Vita combo deals on games. Sony first party games have been pretty good about including a PS3 /Vita copy when you buy one or the other and you have both.
IE Soundshapes givse you both, Hustle Kings also did this too. Imo, if we saw more of this happening w/the bigger releases and they advertised it as a "For $60, you can now get both the PS3 and Vita version, vs buying a multiplatform game on the 360 and one copy". i hope we see more clo...
waaaaa. that is all i hear from you gamers these days. seriously, this is cool and nice to have to help plan a family outing or vacation. yea, we all have it on our phones.. well, almost all of us minus the iPhone iOS 6 users. ;)
