I'm sure motion capture could take weeks if not months of work. Do you test actors every day? Just because they were all clear on a tuesday doesn't mean they cant get it by friday.

I agree with everything said in this. E3 had its day in it's old format. It was great but the world has evolved and so should the event.
Long drawn out stage demonstrations and fluff to pad out the show need to be gone. Direct to device presentations can be every bit as good if they're done right. Going forward developers could release demos on services simultaneously to give the world audience the same excitement.

For all the talking Microsoft are doing there's few actually listening. The majority of the buzz is building around their competitor and they've been mostly radio silent.
In actuality it really isn't. Because we're in the early stages all we have to go on is public interest and so far the playstation is destroying the xbox on that front.

This is exactly what happened to me.
The inside Xbox last week deflated me and I started to prepare myself for disappointment with next gen, Todays engine demo absolutely pumped me up again though.

No it wasnt on PC. It was the PS4 pro I played these games on. Although I do have an extremely good PC i mainly just use it for RTS and SIM games
