Gears 2, Left 4 Dead and Ninja Gaiden 2 for me. there might be more but I just cant think of them right now.
Is there a sleep function on the PS3 i didnt know about? or is that a folding at home thing?

I'm the same. My PS3 is in my bedroom and when I am home it's used for my games mostly then movies, music and web browser, a lot of my friends are online too so it doubles as free messaging. All that and it barely makes any noise. It does however keep my room a bit warm.
I have the Spiderman trilogy, Die hard 2, Casino Royale and Tears of the Sun on Blu (getting 300 later today)
and I have over 200 dvds so I'm not going to list them (a lot of them a seasons of cartoons like family guy and south park etc.)
recently watched Die Hard 4, Transformers, Star Wars Episode 3 and Pan's Labyrinth.
My PS3 is dead silent, I worry about playing my Elite at night for fear of waking up the rest of the country.
In fact I have often fallen asleep watching dvds on my PS3.
EDIT: I'm not saying others aren't having problems with loud fans. Just not me! :D
For the first time ever I completely disagree with MK_RED I loved Transformers. Mostly because I wasnt a fan of the old cartoon series though and this movie came as a surprisingly good shock to me.

I'm having awful trouble with my COD4 on PS3.
EDIT: All my friends here in Ireland are having the same trouble as me but some of the English and American guys I play with have trouble just nothing as severe as mine. Maybe it's a location thing.
And if what is inside makes you want to "moan, complain, and berate!" that cant be a good thing!

No achievments in DR because it crapped out on my during the helicopter scene at the begining. ...
I got a late Christmas present from MS myself. My 2-3 month old Elite which has been barely used just Red Ringed on me. Stupid defective MS. I just bought Dead Rising and wanted to ape on a bunch of zombies :( now I gotta wait. I'm so annoyed.

Three days ago I got my Gold Live sorted and couldnt connect until the day after then when I did get online I had such a horrible experience I contemplated never playing on Live again. Such A-holes on there!
Also it's gonna be a while till I'm on again considering my two month old barely used Elite just ringed on me.
