Inaccurate, Black Ops 3 pre orders went up in april. Thats why black ops' number are higher for the week of may. If you look back to Advanced Warfare on Vgchartz or Ghosts, you can see the numbers are in the same ballpark. Infinite warfare is second highest CoD preorderered behind black ops 3 if you look at first week pre order numbers on Vgchartz.
Infinite warfare week 1: 63,000
Black ops 3 week 1: 200,000
Advanced warfare week 1: 52,000

Games are cheaper than they ever been, counting inflation and after seeing advertisements from the 90s on video games, don't complain about 60 bucks for a game. If you vote with your wallet and not buy it, eventually they put it on sale for like 40 bucks.
