wont do well, especially when they dont believe in exclusivity. there's no purpose to even having a seperate steam console.
ill buy that next year if it comes out and next gen consoles actually start having decent software.

nobody wants to buy any ff game with number 13 associated with it anymore..this game will be lucky if it sells 2million copies across both systems.
It's a mediocre mmo not better than a number of F2P mmos that has a paywall. If Elder Scrolls online or Wildstar is good, that's what i'll pay for.

This Gen really sucked. With very few exceptions, most of the games were just similar to one another or had nothing memorable about them. A decade from today, there is only about 1 or 2 games I wouldnt mind playing.
PC > Consoles, if anything console will die before PC.

I said the music score was decent. There are occasions where there are good music scores for example some primal fights, but music is based on preference so it doesnt matter because its just based on personal opinion.
And i have played the game, I have a char maxed to Lvl50 on two classes on the famfrit server. My whole guild quit playing after the free month of play because we were so bored of doing Ak and Cm whenever we were online.
The game is pretty Meh...
Have people not played any quality mmos before? FF14ARR is not good, its okay, mediocre at best. FF14 feels like a HUGE grind, leveling from 1-50 isnt fun, it feels more like a task than anything enjoyable.
Also gil is hard to get? Seriously? Green gear from lv20+ dungeons sell for more than 10k gil each. Farming mobs for loot to craft items sell well. Crafting quality items sell well, people seriously dont know how to play mmos/havent played a decent mmo before it seems.
It isnt the complete package though, it doesnt even come with pvp. The music score is decent but the story is uninspiring. Cutscenes arent even voice-acted (this is an issue because this is a p2p game, the quality of this mmo should be above other mmos especially f2p mmos).

If a P2P mmo isnt even as good as a F2P one, there is no reason to pay for playing it.
Agreed, FF14arr is reeeally boring, especially after you hit lv50 with one class.
Yep all mmos should be Buy to play like GW2. Only thing you should be asked to pay for is additional expansions, that way players know they are actually paying for new content.
P2P models are only for greedy corporations to make huge profits off of consumers, it doesnt cost millions of dollars to keep a few servers up. Tera started off as a p2p game and look at it now, its f2p and is still running fine.
FF14Arr is one of the easiest games to make gil (money) in, not that it really matters because the game is boring anyways.

Wack... If you want to play a quality mmo on the playstation consoles then DCUniverse is the way to go. All Ff14arr has going for it is a name and nothing justifies the subscription fee unless you like the feeling of unnecessary grinding and boring gameplay.
