As far as I know HDMI 2.1 will be a requirement, which unfortunately can't be updated via firmware. I'm hoping we see some TV's next year that support 2.1

That's why it's great that the Scorpio will actually make games look and run better on 1080p tv's as well. No need for anybody to upgrade their tv if they don't want to.

Will trail in resolution, physics, frame rate, textures and overall gameplay when compared to the Scorpio. This is going to be a glorious time! :)
