The reason they are doing this is because of vr and 4k, its all a bit much if you ask me, expecting people to shell out more after so little time. Yes i know everything will work on regular ps4 but just not as good and that is shitty.
That playstation gold headset is the worst, bass-less, most uncomfortable thing ive ever wasted $100 on, there is bugger all room in the cups and your ears press up against them...30 mins and your ears are killing. Horrible and cheap.
i'd advise no one to touch it and to save more money and get a decent pair.
Theres something off about a dev showing his game multiple times with the same footage and planet yet he says its random, we arent idiots.
I will seriously consider giving up console gaming if this ps4k business is true, regular incriment mobile phone updates is one thing but the same thing for consoles is just a bad sign of the times and mega cash grab.

Im excited to see what the "ps4k" is all about but on the other hand if its just a 4k movie capability And no upgrade gaming wise then i couldnt care less.
Every pre order for the first shipment is sold out in my city and im sure most of the second shipment will be snatched up let alone the other states in aus so its already the must have item.

That original xbox controller is the very similar in shap and size to the one we got in aus, the only thing that changed was the huge green xbox symbol in the middle was changed to black and green.

Im in hex's camp, tried the first one and hated it because i dont like to be punished when playing a game, i play to relax and explore ect BUT my brother loves these games and ive decided to give it another shot since we can play co op which may be far more tolerable for me. I do love the aesthetucs of this series though, the creature design is horrifyingly great and very japanese, reminds me of silent hill in that way.

So glad i got my pre order down, i just want a full list if games that will be available on launch as rigs just doesnt seem my type of game as good as it may be.
60fps minimum and more graphical horse power especially for vr is all im worried about, if it hasnt got these then no reason for me to upgrade.
I'll get the first psvr, enjoy it for its life span and then trade it in for the next version just like i will with my ps4, we do it with phones all the time and life is short, enjoy and experience the technology when its here, it'll never be perfect but it sure will be fun.
The game is mind numbingly average.
I remember this game being seedy as all fuck, reminded me ofthe same feeling i got watching say 9mm or hostel....and i loved it, it affected me and thats what i want in a game.
Some twisted minds and real innovators over there at rockstar, wish they would take more risks like this these days.

Well said, this is nothing new and its better than just a simple slimmer design and people are bitching, must be the younger gen.
