It is also available on PC, hence not an exclusive. The term console exclusive is laughable. It is either an exclusive or not. Bloodborne, Horizon, .. Etc are actual ones. MS resorts to calling such games exclusive, otherwise they would end up with little to zero exclusives on their console, no need to copycat them.
