We the consumers do not want your 'help.' We want you to leave Sony alone so they can spend less time dealing with this crap and more time and resources improving our products e.g PSN, Games.
1.) PS2 BC was taken out because the price of the console was to high. Gamers demanded a lower price for the PS3, well that was an expensive feature that they got rid in order to drop the price by $100. Instead they provide the service of converting some games on to Blu-ray disc along with trophies and HD graphics and they offer them at very low prices, if one isn't happy paying that small amount then one does not have to purchase classic titles.
