horrible generic lists. you can cram, Washington, Suburbia, and anywhere without phone reception into one game. detroit, and canada into another.
this would be better list
1. Dubai and Ahbu Dhabi.
2. Hong Kong and surrounding areas.
3. Seattle and surrounding areas.
4. England.
5. Brazil.
DLC went from downloads that were cool and inventive to small tiny gimmicks to get more money out of the consumers without creating new games. ex. you can buy a game for 60 dollars, but there will be a dozen little things (maps, weapons, items, skins, missions, etc) that they sell individually and could screw you out of more than 500 dollars
of course developers and publishers are going to claim there game is the greatest, just like the developers of HAZE, Duke Nuken Forever, FFXII, Naughtybear, etc.
im sure cliffy will try to sell them the unreal engine snake oil to capcom, game will still blow but it will now look like every other generic title using the unreal engine.
