What are your backlog of games? I put over 10,000 hours into Neverwinter and still don't have a backlog. Your correct. PS has a higher installed base so when new consoles are announced, it's obvious that ppl are going to get the PS; it's brand loyalty. Ppl on this site seem to forget how small the percentage is of HARDCORE GAMERS. Look what games sell the most; commercial games like COD, GTA, FIFA, etc... Exclusives do sell systems, but the demographic for console exclusives are ppl who have a previous gen console and didn't upgrade, and slightly someone who owns the rival consol...
Of course, the world doesn't buy American. Western developers reflect western culture and unfortunately that culture is built around guns. Gamers want to escape that reality, that's why I want MS to stray from the shooter POV And really focus on REAL games. You can have games with guns but it doesn't have to be military, or all out war. Look at games like Legendary Wings, Contra, Forgotten Worlds, Metroid, Bionic Commando, all have guns but innovative. Halo, Gears, Battlefield, ...
@THE_Infected Hardcore gamers knew what was coming. High prices and pre-launch strategies killed the Xbox one DOA. The PS4 was straight garbage early on.
@brinnah95 if you own 40 exclusives then that means you are buying games just because they are exclusive. There's a decent amount of xbox one exclusives, but Sony has some killers. I'm not going to buy Scream ride, Halo Wars, max and the curse of the brother hood, Dead rising, just because they are exclusive. I know Sony has a lot but if you have 40 then your wasting money. That means you have the order, DC, Kill Zone, etc.. are you including Indies?

Exactly! I owned a PS2 and still have KH 1 and 2, and I skipped out on the PS3 and 4, and I'm getting KH on the x1. I eventually purchased a OG PS3 to play Okami.
I doubt it, after all it has Disney characters. Obvioulsly it will sell better on the PS but it'll still way more copies on the Xbox than what FF did. Everyone on my friends list is buying KH3, FF was, and has been trash for some time now.
