I was really surprised by Tomb Raider. It looked like one of the best looking games on consoles, if not the best. Wonder how it will look on PC.

Looks OK. Graphics are not as good as I was hoping. They look improved from oblivion for sure but with games like the witcher 2, they don't compare. The animation quality looks a lot better for sure, that is probably the biggest improvement.
The whole EA louse thing is old, like a year old, and has been debunked months ago. Why is this being posted now? Almost every hands on impression with the game was positive.
It's still on track for 2011. A couple of Devs confirmed that a little bit ago. The 2012 thing is just an outside release date.
I'm playing it with a friend and its a blast. Definitely the best dungeon crawler I played in years.

Grenades are back, awesome. It was weird having ME1 with grenades and ME2 didn't.
SWTOR is Bioware's largest game and longest development time. Most of the lead developers are the people that made the best bioware games. Seriously.. pretty much every Bioware game that had James Ohlen as the lead developer was a masterpiece. He has yet to make a bad game.
Don't forget SWTOR, which is just as big, if not bigger.
Where the hell is SWTOR? That is just as big as EA's other big games like BF3 and ME3, and may be even bigger.
You obviously didn't play the game. APB Reloaded fixes a lot of problems the original game had, which was mostly balance related issues.
I cant wait to see some Battlefield 3 and Star Wars: The Old Republic stuff. Surely those will be the two big games EA is going to be showing.
Graphics are great. Shadows are terrible and really take away from the experience when you notice it. I hope its just a bug and they fix it in a patch soon
I agree with Dragon Age but Mass Effect makes no sense. Mass Effect 2 was a harder game than Mass Effect 1. I don't know how you can consider that "dumbed down". All they did was take out a terrible inventory system that was nothing but a hassle and improved the combat.
The great thing about it being a simple 2D game is that it allows the developers to easily add in content. The game is the # 1 selling game on steam with almost no marketing. I think they would want to support the game and add in new content.
Uncharted wouldn't even exist without Tomb Raider in the first place, and from what I can tell, this new tomb raider will be a survival horror game. I don't know why you feel threatened over it. I, for one am excited for it since I don't have a PS3 and I can play this Tomb Raider on my PC.
