You'll have to pry the the GamePad out of my cold dead hands.
I have to disagree. I'm a green box guy all the way. I'll have to wait a couple months for it and pay more, but I like the option.
Well it was supposed to be a stupid joke. I say laugh. Then shake your head, and walk away.
What about gampad functions? The smash Orb appears on your gamepad screen and floats around and you gotta smash it by tapping on it? It will be interesting to see if there are any exciting uses of the screen.
I don't know. I may get killed here but I'm going to say it... I think Wii games look better on my Wii than on my WiiU. Some of the games on WiiU have funky aspect ratios and more jagged edges it seems. But then a few look better. I would have preferred more power over backwards compatibility.
Anyone here have this game for WiiU and think it's worth a purchase? My wife likes fighting games.
I want to hear ideas on what to do with the gamepad screen in a game like Mario Kart. I want them to show me new and different ways the gampad can be useful and fun in a video game, and it needs to work well. I hope they can pull it off.
What will be new in the Ear of Luigi?
Bring on the wallet destroying information.
Never played this before. Picked it up for 30 cents and after 2 levels in - I love it. Can't wait to play through the rest.
There certainly is a good reason EA has earned "The Worst Company In America" 2 years running. Congratulations once more, EA. *Slow Clap*
EA Will come back to WiiU when the install base gets bigger. They are greedy pigs, they will follow where ever the money flows, and try to push their BS agenda whenever possible. Your are seeing one of these times.
3DS is continuing strong sales on the back of quality and frequent software releases. Hopefully Nintendo will shift development resources back to WiiU projects, and pump out some worthy games over the next year or so.
I have to agree. This is why it's OK to own a PS4, along with a Wii U. You'll get everything. Nintendo, it seems their focus is not specs, but offering different ways to play. I think this is OK, as long as they are able to make money. It remains to be seen if the approach will work twice.
It's coming, certainly. Remember the demo of the golf ball on the gamepad/golfing with wiimote? Or the catching the baseball with the gamepad screen?
I'm sure a ton is being worked on right now, I think everyone just needs to be patient. If things are no better for Nintendo in a year from now, then it's real worry time.
Sega Saturn game cases were the worst. Cheap brittle plastic, with hinges! Good luck finding an old Saturn game with the hinges still intact...
That's too expensive! What a ripoff!@
How in the hell did he break it? I got a 5 year old and a 2 year old banging on mine, dropping it, stepping on it etc, and it's holding up pretty good.
Nah too much effort. I'll just keep mine, and be patient for games.
Nintendo making E3 a hands on event for all is a great. If it works well, maybe next year they can expand it worldwide. They are taking E3 to a higher level.
However, there are alot of Best Buys and it sounds like a logistics nightmare. Good luck I hope it works.
